RETURN POLICY FOR KLOGSFOOTWEAR.COM PURCHASES
If you are not 100% satisfied with the purchase you made at Klogsfootwear.com, you may return the purchase in its original unworn, resalable condition and packaging within 30 days of the purchase date.
Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund for the amount paid for the returned item, back to the original card used for payment. Any outbound shipping charges paid will not be refunded if the order is returned. All merchandise must be in the same condition it was received.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. We cannot accept any deliveries with COD terms or from APO/FPO location.
You may use the shipping method of your choice. We strongly recommend shipping your package using a trackable ship method. We are not responsible for lost or non-received items. Please keep a copy of return documentation for tracking purposes.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT POLICY
Klogs Footwear guarantees our product from manufacturer’s defects within six (6) months from date of purchase. If you believe that your purchase from the Klogsfootwear.com website has a defect, please contact Customer Service immediately to arrange for a return for inspection. If we find that the product contains a manufacturer’s defect, we will replace it. We do not replace products that have been replaced from a previous claim. Klogs Footwear reserves the right to determine between defective product and normal wear-and-tear.
RETURNS WE CANNOT ACCEPT
Any returns received after 30 days from the delivery of your merchandise. For your convenience, the date that we must receive your return will be printed on the front of the packing slip shipped with your purchase.
Any returns for items purchased from other web sites or retail stores. Please contact those retailers directly for any returns you may have.
